It may be possible that you cannot find your company file if you moved your company file. There are many reasons behind this error, some of which are discussed below:
- If there is a problem with the extension of the file.
- If the hard drive is corrupt and the company file is damaged.
- Problem in *QBW.tlg.file.
- If you are opening the file with the older version of the QuickBooks software.
- If the company file is moved to a new location.
