- Open your QuickBooks, hold the F2 key to know which version of QuickBooks you are using right now.
- Quit the QuickBooks. If you have installed more than one version of QuickBooks, Be sure that you have closed all of them.
- Next, go to the Windows Start icon. And look for the “Control Panel” and launch the Control Panel.
- Click on Programs and Features or Uninstall a Program.
