Solution 1: Check your service info is correct
- First, it is recommended to restart your computer and later reopen the QuickBooks Desktop.

- Click on the Include Inactive checkbox. If it is already grayed out, then it means there is no inactive names.

- Next, click on the Local Disk C and open the folder Program Files (x86), and next open the Intuit folder. if you’re unable to see Program Files (x86), then open the Program Files folder
