Earlier, QuickBooks Desktop for Windows – Pro & Premier products were available as one-time purchase licenses. But now they are switching to the subscription model. By renewing your subscription, the user will always have access to the latest upgraded version, security patches, most up-to-date features, and more.
For Mac users, they are offering the new QuickBooks Desktop Mac Plus – which is an annual subscription-based license for small businesses. This will come with several added premium features.
Update price for QuickBooks Desktop 2023
The ProAdvisor Premier bundle will be available for $799 whereas the ProAdvisor Enterprise bundle will be available for $1299 which includes a QuickBooks Desktop Mac Plus subscription.
QuickBooks 2023 Desktop pro plus is available at $549.
QuickBooks 2023 Desktop mac plus is $549 and Desktop premier plus is available at $799.
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 23.0 price remains unchanged.

Product Release Date
For QuickBooks ProAdvisors, the new QuickBooks Accountant Desktop Plus, Desktop Enterprise Accountant, and Desktop Mac Plus subscriptions, the product was released on September 6, 2023. They can access it by logging into their ProAdvisor membership portal.
For everyone else, the 2023 subscription version is scheduled to release on September 20, 2023.
You will be able to purchase these one-time purchase licenses through QuickBooks Solutions Providers (QSPs) and Intuit sales agents.
Support for all non-subscription versions of QuickBooks Desktop will remain unchanged:
- 2021 will be supported through May 2024
- 2020 will be supported through May 2023
